DVD Copying
We specialise in high quality, fast delivery DVD duplication and print. As this is a relatively new media we are constantly reviewing products and processes to ensure that we can provide fastest copying available at the highest quality.

We can provide a variety of print options including direct print onto the DVD.

Our express service can supply business to business throughout the UK anything from 5 to 5,000 full image DVD's in 24 hours. This means your can maximise your film production and editing opportunity and still deliver the final product to your customer on time.

DVD Manufacture
Our DVD replication lines can produce DVD5, DVD9 and DVD10 product. This is the most cost effective way to produce runs from 1000 - 100,000 DVD but does have a longer lead time than our DVD copying service. We can provide glass mastering, copyright encryption and a complete range of packaging and print solutions to meet the demands your project.

DVD Authoring and encoding
Our DVD production team provides authoring and mpeg encoding services from any form of analogue or DV tape to help create the complete DVD. In addition we can facilitate post production services and project management for customers who require a full film to DVD service. We can provide authoring disks for duplication or DLT's for glass mastering.

DVD Media
We can supply all major brands of DVDR media but recommend particular products that have been tested by us and are proved to be what they say. The copying speed of DVDR's is dependant on the components of the manufacturing process and not necessarily what it says on the box. An 8x DVD drive will copy media as fast as that media will allow - as a rule the better the media the faster the speed. By using duplication quality DVD R's you can limit wastage and ensure copying quality and the long life of your DVD.

DVD Repair
The slightest scratch on a DVD or PC game can effect playability . We can remove a layer of polycarbonate and then re-polish your DVD or game giving it a new lease of life. We cannot repair any damage through the polycarbonate surface and into the data area. We successfully repair 98% of the disks we process.
