CD Copying

We can test, analyse and accurately copy CDRom's - specialising in high quality, fast delivery CDR duplication and print. We are constantly researching the latest optical media to help ensure we provide the best and most up to date products available in the market. We only use grade A duplication quality media.

Our express service can supply business to business throughout the UK anything from 5 to 16,000 CD's in under 24 hours. This means your can maximise your software development opportunity and still deliver the final product to your customer on time.

We can copy 12cm, 8cm and business card CDR's with print options directly onto the CD.

CD Manufacture
Our replication lines have the capacity for 5 million replicated CD's each month. Replication is the most cost effective way to produce runs from 500 - 100,000 CD Rom's but does have a longer lead time than our CD copying service. We can provide glass mastering and a complete range of packaging and print solutions to meet the demands of any project.

We can manufacture 12cm CDR, 8cm CDR and business card CDR with both screenprint and offset options.

CD Mastering and testing
We can analysis and re-master your CDRom to make sure that it can be used to create accurate error free copies that will work on most if not all drives. This service not only ensures that all the CD's copied will work but it will also limit fallout and waste in the CD duplication process.

CD Authoring and Encoding
Our new media production team utilise industry standard tools and key software skills for the authoring and encoding all types of content for duplication onto CDR and creation of CDRom.

CD Media
We can supply all major brands of CD media but recommend particular products that have been tested by us and have proved to provide the best quality and value for money. Our Grade A CDR's produce error free copies and are used extensively by the electronics industry and by us for all our in house duplication. Using duplication quality CDR's can limit wastage and ensure copying quality and the long life of your media.

CD Repair
If you have a damaged CD Rom or CD master we should be able to repair it. We do not fill in the damage we actually remove a layer of polycarbonate and then re-polish the surface of CD making it as good as new. We cannot repair any damage in the data area.
